FAQs

Can we just drop in anytime?

No. We used to have drop-in days, but are now only taking reservations for groups of 10 or more.

Will my clothes be ruined if I get paint on them?

Definitely not! The dye in paintballs is made to wash out of clothes very easily.

How many people can I bring?

Our minimum group booking size is 10 players and our maximum is 35 if everyone is renting markers. Our hours of operation are fairly open, with a minimum booking size of 10 we will open as early as 8 am and stay open as late as 11 pm any day of the week.

When you come to a decision, please let us know:
group size, age, start time, and date when trying to make a booking.  Email paintballyukonreservations@gmail.com

How much does it cost to play?

Our entry package costs $30  and gets you a paintball gun, mask, co2, and 100 paintballs. Generally people will buy extra paint after the first game or two, and our prices are

$10 for 100 balls, (1/20 case), $45 for 500 balls, (1/4 case), $80 for 1000 balls (1/2 case), and $140 for 2000 balls (full case).

We no longer offer coveralls at Paintball Yukon, it is strongly recommended that players bring their own “earthy” coloured clothes that they don’t mind getting dirty.

Can I bring my own paintballs?

Outside paintballs are not allowed at Paintball Yukon, as we want to ensure high quality paint is used that won’t stain peoples clothes or hurt more than average. We do allow people to bring paint back from previous games at Paintball Yukon.

How does it work if I have my own gear?

If you have all your own gear, the field fee is $10 and we can fill both C02 and HPA tanks.

How much does it cost to fill my own tank?

NOTE: These prices don’t apply if you have rented the starter kit!

c02 fills cost:

  • $9 for a tank 9 ounces or less
  • $12 for a 12 ounce tank
  • $14 for a 16 ounce tank
  • $16 for a 20 ounce tank
  • $20 for a 24 ounce tank

HPA fills cost:

  • $10 for a 13-72 ci tank
  • $15 for a 73-130 ci tank

Doesn’t it hurt when you get shot?
The paint pellets break open upon impact, and generally cause very little pain. What pain is experienced is more of a stinging sensation from the pellet’s impact against the skin or through clothing. In our experience, the stinging pain goes away after about 30 seconds. Of course, the closer you are to the muzzle of the gun, the higher the velocity of the pellet when it hits you. Thus, more pain may be experienced when shot at close range rather than farther away.

How long will we play for?
The average group only comes out for around 3 hours, so we try to schedule multiple bookings so that we have time to clean up before the next group arrives. Expect the sign-in to take 15-30 mins depending on group size, although it takes much less time if you have waivers already filled out when you show up. You can print off our waiver in pdf form here: www.paintballyukon.com/our-waiver/

How do I pay?

We can do Cash, Visa, and MC. *DEBIT IS NOT AVAILABLE*. Receipts are available on request.

BBQ and outhouse are available.
